Networking and Exchanging

In the course of joint meetings, the participants have the opportunity to get to know each other and exchange ideas. The mentees thus gain insights into the professional fields of the other mentors and can find answers to questions that remain unanswered.

The so-called mentee meeting is held under the motto "Back on Track: Reflect, Inspire, Focus" and provides an opportunity for reflection and exchange so that the mentees can benefit optimally from the mentoring. In addition to support in the further design of the mentoring, there is content-related input that can help in choosing the appropriate career entry and identifying one's own career-related values. In addition to highlights and problems of the mentoring relationship, the experiences and views of the various mentors on specific topics are discussed, creating a mentor-wide perspective.
