Differential Psychology
Differential psychology deals with the individuality of human beings as well as the description and explanation of interindividual differences. What are the relatively stable psychological characteristics of a person? How and why do people differ in their thinking, feelings and behaviors? What is the role of the environment and predisposition? What are the interactions between the characteristics of the person and the situational factors? These exemplary questions reflect some of the core themes in the department.
