Registration for Teaching Evaluation

Evaluation of a face-to-face course

You have the choice between a paper questionnaire and an online questionnaire: Here you can inform yourself about the possibilities of online teaching evaluation

You can register your face-to-face course for online teaching evaluation here. The evaluation forms are filled out by the students via an Internet-capable PC or a mobile device. Participation in the online survey is only possible with a valid TAN or by link/QR code. After registration, lecturers receive a PDF with TANs corresponding to the number of participants stated or a link/QR code as requested. The link/QR code can be presented via slides or emailed to students. TANs have to be distributed to the course participants manually or sent to them by serial e-mail.

The evaluation forms are filled out by the students during the course and then sent back to the Teaching Evaluation Service Center in an enclosed envelope. Please do not use photocopies of the questionnaires, as the scanner is not able to process these.

Evaluation of a digital or hybrid course (digital and presence components)

You can register for the evaluation of digital or hybrid courses here.

We have developed a version for the evaluation of digital and hybrid courses for each of the standard instruments that have so far been used in face-to-face events (Overview). These questionnaires will be available exclusively as online questionnaires.
