The software of the PC pools is regularly checked and updated by the PC pool team. For this, we ask the relevant program coordinators to inform us at an early stage - at least two weeks before use - of the desired software installations by e-mail, as the installation and necessary tests take some time. In addition, the PC pool can only be used with new software if it is not occupied at the time with other events.

The respective program coordinators have to provide the provision of the licenses as well as the installation media.

Hardware equipment

All computers in the PC pool belong to the "Optiplex 7020" series from Dell.

These are equipped with the following hardware:

• Intel Core i7-4790 processor with 3.6 GHz clock frequenc
• 16 GB RAM
• AMD Radeon R5 240 1GB graphics card
• 256 GB SSD hard disk space
• 8x DVD-ROM drive
• 24 "Dell UltraSharp LED Monitor

The following connection possibilities for the teaching profilers in the rooms 323 and 324 are also possible. Notebooks or tablets available: 1x VGA and 1x HDMI for projection with the beamers.

In Room 502, a SMART Board ™ 800 Interactive Whiteboard is installed.
