Chairman of the Examining Board

The chairman of the Examining Board executes the tasks assigned to him by the Examining Board. Among other tasks the chairman is responsible for ensuring exam administrations, seeing that the Higher Education Act of Lower Saxony and the basic regulations of the University of Osnabrück are complied with, appointing examiners and exam proctors and deciding on approval of program achievements and exam results from other universities or programs as well as approving cancellation of exams by examinees.

The Examination Office is acting as branch office of the Examining Board / the chairman of the Examining Board.
